We do not store credit card details payments are made through a secure payment system - we do not have access to your details.

We do not share customer address details with any 3rd parties.


This website is set up to use a secure payment gateway for debit and credit cards, all orders will only be processed on receipt of full payment. All prices are quoted in £ sterling and includes VAT where applicable. 

Our Site will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.

After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you Dispatch Confirmation. 

If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example, because that Product is not in stock or no longer available or because we cannot meet your requested delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site as referred to in, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.

[Printed Designs]

Design Choice

Customers are responsible for choosing the design and colour frame you require to be used with your product. These are selected at the ordering stage. We will create and print your product to order and your frame will be custom made from your choice. 

Printed Products Descriptions and Website Content

While we work to ensure that information about the products in our shop is correct please ensure you refer to the written description as well as the images when making your choice. Cauliflower Group Ltd reserves the right to amend the descriptions of the products and withdraw products without notice on their website, as and when required.

Many of our prints contain a white border on the print as part of the image size.


The colour of your print may not exactly match the colours displayed on your computer monitor. Monitors will vary in the way they display colours due to varying colour calibration. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order and choice of colour is placed at your own risk.

Artworks displayed on this site are collected from copyright free sources or commercial licenses have been purchased where required.


Our frames are custom made to order in our workshop - please choose your frame carefully as we cannot refund on customised products.


Our site contains a large number of products. It is always possible that, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and will issue you a refund.
